The mini brioche buns and their chicken patty-pals got assembled yesterday with a few new pals...
Brioche buns + Kewpie mayo + Dijon mustard + spinach + chicken patties (the boyfriend woke up to the smell of them cooking and he thought he was having a scratch-and-sniff dream...haha)...
+ holey Jarlsberg cheese + cherry tomatoes (cute mini burgers have to have cute little tomatoes!) + a dollop of homemade chilli jam + crack of black pepper.
The burger army waiting to be transported to the picnic...
...some in this vintage cake tin, some in a plastic one. And they all got eaten. Muahahahahahahahahaha!
