According to my trusty ol' blog-stats, over the last 30 days, a lot (for this blog) of people from all over has ended up here via various search engines to view this photo of Natalie Portman's short 'do in Hotel Chevalier.Why the sudden interest, I wonder, when the movie was released more than six months ago.
How about something, hair-related, that's more current (not currently-fashionable but a recent event) like my haircut, done a week ago, by my new-ish hairdresser of, coincidentally, six months.

Was just now admiring photos of the top bob I had in 1994 as cut by a talented style guru who lived in an government flat overlooking the causeway that connects Singapore to Malaysia - so this is very in keeping with that. She had this look down way back, as I'm aware you had too.

I totally understand. Those of us who have lived through the last three decades have had every 'do possible so what's left for us, except regurgitating our Top 3 in various guises?
